I printed the design onto crafty bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with yellow pearl card and mounted it onto a white scalloped edge card...I added the decoupage using silicone gel...to finish the card I added little pearls...a beautiful design.

I printed onto matte photo card then mounted onto pale blue deckle mat then onto a bright yellow card blank using DST.
I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I added a flourescent yellow organza bow & finished with a coordinating brad.
