I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card with DST. I added decoupage with foam pads, and highlighted centre of flowers with yellow pearlidoodles, and blue gems to corners.
The added bonus is the insert which I have shown beside card, a lovely design.
