Stained Glass Border 1 Card Front

I Printed this most unusual design onto quality card,I then cut out all the elements,before adding the base design to a blank card I wrapped velvet ribbon around ,I then built the decoupage layers with foam pads,before adding the final layer I attached acetate to the back.I finished by adding two pearls and glossy accents.makes a stunning finished card.
