Hydrangea Flower Tea Cup Topper & Decoupage

This is a very pretty hydrangea flower filled teacup.

I have included a variety of sentiment tags

including an invitation for refreshments.

To make this topper, print on quality photo

paper,cut around all of the pieces, use foam squares for the decoupage, and measure and fit to a blank card front, with DSTape, attach a sentiment tag if you wish to have one.
