I printed sheet onto 150gsm photo paper, I stuck the main topper onto a blue A6 card blank with dst.
I added white border peel-offs to the card edges and a piece of blue ribbon and a bow.
I added the second topper with 1mm foam pads and the decoupage elements with 3D glue gel.
