Spirit of the Waters Topper

I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the pieces. I matted it onto a white textured and embossed card base and used shell peel-off stickers to add to the border top and bottom.

I completed it with a few topaz faux gems on the image. The muted colour scheme in this design is unusual and very effective on the white background.
