I have designed these new style 3D toppers in a hand fan design, based on the classic oriental hourglass fan, but with my own twist.
These are very easy to cut and very effective for your cards or projects.
Simply cut out and using your foam or silicone glue, layer the numbered layers on top of each other and
finish the design at the top of the handle with the bow.
Even though I have called these 'oriental' they do not have to go with oriental projects.

I added silver vellum to a white card as my background for the fan using microdots. I made up the decoupage and stuck it to the vellum with foam pads. I edged the fan and bow with silver peeloffs and finally stuck the bow to my card with foam pads.
