Blue Fan
A great card topper with extras for layering

I printed out the sheet on irridescent ice white paper and cut out the elements. I decided to make the card an A4 card and covered the base card with an A4 sheet of silver card embossed with flowers and fans.
The main element I prepared by sticking thin white peel-offs around the fan outline to highlight it and I mounted the piece onto a white card 1 cm larger each side.
I placed the faux dark gems/brads and the small blue roses onto a foam mat and used a large ball tool to give them some rounded definition.
I then glazed the faux dark gems with 3d crystal laquere. The large blue roses I shaped by hand.
I suck some faux diamonds to the pattern on the fan and used glue gel to put the shaped pieces on.
I also cut a corner piece of the same white card I'd used as a mat for the main piece and trimmed this with a scaloped edge scisors.
The main piece was stuck towards the top left and the corner piece with the last blue rose was stuck to the bottom right.
