Black Lotus Flower Oriental Hand Fan 3D Topper
I have designed these new style 3D toppers in a hand fan design, based on the classic oriental hourglass fan, but with my own twist.
These are very easy to cut and very effective for your cards or projects.
Simply cut out and using your foam or silicone glue, layer the numbered layers on top of each other and
finish the design at the top of the handle with the bow.
Even though I have called these 'oriental' they do not have to go with oriental projects.

The sheet was printed onto glossy photo paper and the elements cut out.
I took my inspiration for this card from the red bow embelishent and found some red ribbon in my crafting stash, as well as soe card which was silver mirror on one side and black with silver oriental writing on the other.
I chose a black A5 (A4 folded in half) card and trimmed off 1cm from the open side. I stuck a strip of red ribbon behind this on the insided.
I stuck a piece of my oriental writing card down the left hand side of the card with a narrow piece of the same card, silver side up, by its side.
I stuck the paddle of the fan onto some more of the silver side of the card and trimmed aroud it to give a silver border to the fan.
I wrapped a piece of narrow red ribbon around the handle of the fan and stuck the fan onto the card with 2mm deep foam pads.
I also used this to build up the layers of the fan. The card was finished off with some more of the red ribon wrapped around the spine end and tied in a bow.
