Not the Hair! Cute Fairy

I printed the sheet twice - as I wanted to decoupage the fairy - at a slightly reduced size and cut out all the required pieces.

I made a die cut border for the topper and attached all to an 8" card blank using DST.

I added the decoupage and tag using foam pads. I finished by adding some Glossy Accents to the water droplets. Such a cute, gorgeous design and really fun!

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with a pink organza bow to spine and pale green pearls to corners.
