I printed the sheet onto glossy photo paper. I made a background paper using alcohol inks on glossy card and cut it to slightly smaller dimensions than an A5 card.
I used a border punch to decorate the lower edge and then mounted onto a black tentfold card.
I stuck the topper to the left as shown and finished with a stamped and embossed greeting in black on a scrap of white glossy card
