Mint Goldflake Jingle Bells 3D Rosette Decoupage Topper

I have designed this card topper for a 5.75/6in square card in my gorgeous rosette style on a sheet instead of in a kit.

Simply add backing paper to your card, then add the base image, then add the rosettes and finally the frame layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to build the height in the layers.

Add a label and your own embellishments to finish off the card.
