I printed out the design onto crafty Bob's premium gloss photo paper then cut out all of the elements.
I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some white card then attached it to a dark grey card blank that I had run through an embossing folder on my grand caliber machine.
I decoupaged the smaller pieces using silicone glue.
