I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached white based design to blue mottled paper, then to scalloped edge sqaure white card, and the other design to white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with gold glitter to gold stars and silver bow, silver glitter and red gems to white design.

I printed the card and insert on to good quality card stock. Cut out, trimmed to size. Attached to card base using double sided sticky tape and added decoupage and sentiment.
