I chose to make a stepper card & used a creamcard blank, which I scored & folded. I then placed the topper on the upright panel using DST then assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. I attached the greeting to the stepper using DST.
I added a wide cream organza ribbon across the front edge then a narrower gold organza over then top. I added the small greeting using strong DST then made a bow from the 2 ribbons & attached to the right side then finished with a pink glitter gem.
