I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white card, I assembled the elements with foam pads and added some silver glitter.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with clear glaze to cat's eyes, red stickles glitter to baubles and red satin ribbon and bow down spine.
A beautiful cute, festive design.
