Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.

I added a ribbon sentiment to the sheet before I printed on matte card I wet glued the picture to matching base cards, I cut around the picture and added with foam squares with the other elements.
I used glitter on the edge of the picture and sentiments and glossy accents on the eyes,nose and balloon finishing with gems.
I cut out the dog and chair for the2nd card and cut a lattice border.
