After printing and cutting out all the elements, i covered front of a brought card with a light coloured paper , then i attached all the elements with foam tape.
I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of blue card then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
I placed the main image on cream card with double sided tape and added the decoupage with foam tape and added a numeral instead of the 50 provided, my grandson loves Dr Who so will love this card
