The greetings are birthday wishes, brightest blessings, to my friend and just for you.
This lovely topper features gorgeous purple roses on a purple and golden fancy frame, with the backdrop of an angel statue in the moonlight.
It has a single layer of decoupage, four greetings and a blank greetings tile.

I used an 8" x 8" white card blank as a base. I attached some purple then some gold embossed, distressed paper to the card using double sided tape. The main bit of the design I matte and layered onto some purple card and added that to the centre. I decoupaged the smaller elements using silicone glue. Some gems and a sentiment were added for decoration.){kind=link}
