I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I folded a stunning white foiled card in half so that the front was visible.
I added the main image to the front of the card and cut around the shape and I added all the decoupage using foam pads This is a beautiful sheet and the decoupage is so realistic- you feel you can almost shake the tassle.
Anyone who receives this card will feel really special.
