Printed sheet on glossy photo paper. Cut out main picture and elements. Used dst to attach a red polka dot backing paper to 8 x 8 card blank, mounted main picture onto card with dst which I edged with black border peel offs and layered the decoupage with silicone glue.
To finish this really stunning design I added glitter to the swirls and pink gems to the top right hand corner.
