I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added the greeting using thin foam tape.

A LOVELY TOPPER,
printed onto 190 matt photo paper, i cut the elements and mounted using foam pads, i added wink of stella to the middle of the flowers in gold, i added a satin ribbon border to the front of an 8 x 8 card blank and mounted the topper over that lovely topper
