Flowers Galore Birthday Toppers

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded two A4 cards. I attached two contrasting papers from design Butterfly Paisley Wrapped Backgrounds, cUp 198925_523, one to each card, using double sided tape.

I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added glitter to the flowers and the centre of the bows to enhance the lovely designs. These toppers make beautiful cards and are great value for money too.
