I combined a gorgeous backing paper from Gordon Fraser with the scalloped corner stacker templates by Carol Clarke and came up with this stunning card topper!

I printed onto quality card,then cut out,I added the base design to a blank scalloped card,then added the decoupage with foam pads,I embellished with aqua gemstones to pattern detail at the top and finished by added pink elastic cord around the spine and tying in a bow.Makes a beautifal card.
