I printed this onto canvas photo paper and then cut out the decoupage parts. I made up the card using dst & sticky foam pads. I mounted the topper onto white pearlescent card and then stripey blue paper. I used a die cut tag and added a gold congratulations peeloff.
 I printet the sheet on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads and finished with stones.){kind=link}
