Print the sheet onto quality cardstock and cut out the pieces. I assembled the decoupage items with foam pads. I then added a smaller flower to the center of each of the flowers. Next I used foam pads to adhered the topper to a complimentary blue, blank card.
There are three humorous sentiments to choose from and a blank bubble in case you would like to make your own.
