Base card is 8 x 8 and covered with a co-ordinating backing paper. A thin strip of the backing paper was matted onto dark green card, a bow was tied around the panel and a bright feather added for effect.
This panel was attached on the left hand side of the card. The decoupage was layered up and matted onto dark green card and placed to the right of the card.
