I mounted onto a card with a punched bubbles border and added the layer using sticky pads. I added my sentiment and google eyes to the fish. I tied a matching ribbon bow round the spine to finish off this bright design

Mounted on a cut out card with circles. I mounted it with DST and decoupage with foam pads. I put pearls in the four corners and finished it off with a matching bow. This is a quick and easy card but looks so nice when finished.
