Cute Dancing Penguin

I printed this sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces.

I covered a white base card with a black and silver patterned foil paper and attached the main image. ( As he is supposed to be dancing I put a grad between the main image and second layer.) I then added the rest of the decoupage using foam pads.

It is possible to make the penguin dance just by holding his flipper!! A cute little penguin that will be loved by whoever receives this card.
