Just Resting My Eyes - Panel Card

I realised that not every one likes decoupage or finds it to difficult to hand and cut out small pieces - so I have made another version of this card as a pyramid Panel Card.

It is quick, easy and simple to make.

You can out around or under the coloured border for different effects
