I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. Using one of the toppers I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I made an easel base from some card stock in my craft room and I attached the design to this using double sided tape.
I added a greeting using thin foam tape. This acts as a stopper for the easel card.
