I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.

I printed the sheet on to glossy photo paper and cut it out. I stuck the topper to the card with tape and added the decoupage layer with foam pads. I added a ribbon down the side and I will add glitter to finish it off.
This sheet makes a beautiful card quickly and easily.
