Aged to Perfection!
I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.

Printed out 2 to the page onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base picture onto a scallop edged 6x6 card using d/s tape and then added the remaining piece using foam pads.
I then placed a gold elastic thread around the spine and tied it into a bow to finish.
