I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.
I have added a gorgeous sentiment for a birthday or for Valentines day, ideal for many ocassions.

Printed onto lightweight card then attached cream lace around back edge then mounted onto ivory 8 x 8 card. Added decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with gold peel off corners.
