I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.
I have added a gorgeous sentiment for any friend that is suitable for so many occasions, birthdays, anniversaries, good luck etc.
