I have designed this topper as a 8inch scalloped topper that has just 1 layer to add, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layer to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.
I have left enough space above the message for you to add your own bow. Matching Dancing Couple Coloured Inserts start at cup427050_10 and plain inserts cup427052_10

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads.

I printed the sheet onto gloss photo paper, cut it out and layered it up using foam pads, I then put it onto a white scalloped card, added a butterfly and a peel of border on the straight edge, I then added peel off waste to the scallops
