Happy Mothers Day
I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper. I have added a gorgeous mothers day sentiment. Ideal for any mum.

I printed on to paper, then mounted the topper on to an 8x8 cream card. Layered all elements. Added decorative corners and pearls to each corner, and finished with an organza bow. An absolutely stunning design.
