Chocolate Poppy Special Day Ink Saver 8in Scallop Topper

I have designed this sheet as a 8in decoupage step by step. Simply cut out the main image and then using 3D foam or silicone glue build up the image using the extra flowers.

Add a ribbon bow and finished, however you could add crackle glaze, glossy accents or glitter glue to enhance the topper, just have fun with it.
