I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.

I printed the sheet onto Crafty Bob's premium gloss photographic paper and cut out the pieces. I used a glue roller to stick the main image to a white 8x8" square card.
I cut through the petals of the flowers and decoupaged them, bending them to make them look more realistic. I used glossy accents on the pen.
