I have designed this as a 8in scallop decoupage topper, and it will look fab on a 8x8inch card. I have included the extra pieces for you to build the topper into a 3D decoupage topper.

I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a white card and layered all elements. Added a blue gem to each corner, and edged the card with gold peel-off borders. A gorgeous design, the colours are beautiful.
