Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card stock. I siliconed the layers and finished of with a blue insert.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of royal blue card and then onto my card base using DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.
