Printed onto super smooth decoupage paper. Added blue holographic peel off corners to a cream scalloped square card then mounted the topper using DST. Assembled decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with blue organza bow & blue gems. Yet another gorgeous design from Pamela.
