Christmas Bells Silver Toned 8in Swirl Decoupage Topper
I have designed this gorgeous 8in topper to be a simple and a quick card topper that gives you a little bit of decoupage as well.
All the toppers colour toned rather then full colour.
Simply cut out the base image and attach to your card, then cut out the 2 decoupage layers and add them to the image using 3d Foam or silicone.
A quick and simple creation.

Printed on good quality photo paper cutout and layered onto a white embossed backing then onto a silver grey card I then added red crystals and holly berries to complete this stunning design.
I printed this on good quality matte double sided photo paper. I used dark grey coloured card topped with gold coloured glitter card, adhered with double sided tape. For the base I used 2mm adhesive foam squares and 1mm for the remaining layers. Finished off with stickles glitter.
