I resized the image to print at quarter A4. Mounted the topper on to a white scalloped edge card and layered all elements. Added decorative corners, some glitter, and blue pearls. A very beautiful design.

I printed and cut out the images. I mounted onto a layer of white then grey/blue card then onto my card base using DST. I then added the decoupage with foam pads and embellished with pearls.
