I have designed this sheet as a straightforward picture sheet to use this, simply cut out and attach to any of your cards, it measures 8inches and i have also designed the matching decoupage frame topper
that could be used with this design as a decoupage layer or a shaker frame. Please check out the multi link to to it.

I printed on to pearl paper, then placed the topper on to a scalloped edge card. Added peel-off corners. I then placed the matching frame design on to the topper using 3d foam tape. Finished with my own design miniature bootees. So cute!
