I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a red die cut frame and than onto a white scalloped card.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added one of the sentiments to the inside of the card. Absolutely beautiful design.

I printed on to Crafty Bob's gloss paper at just less than half A4. I chose a white scalloped edge card, mounted some handmade paper, torn around the edges, then placed the topper on to this.
Layered all elements. Added an organza bow to complete.
A gorgeous design which will suit many an occasion.
