I have designed this topper to look fantastic and be quick n' easy. It has been designed ti fit a 7in card and you simply cut out the main image and attach to your card, then cut out and add the decoupage pieces using 3Dfoam or silicone.
A very fancy design that will look fabulous in a flash.

I printed this lovely card onto gloss photo paper. I cut out the card and decoupages. Using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the card. This card is very pretty.
