Scent of Jubilation
I have designed this topper for your 7inch x7inch square cards and it is easy decoupage. Simply cut out the base image and then the layers, using 3D foam or silicone glue, build the layers up.
I have made a few different colourways in this design and matching mix or match insert panels are available from cup520050_10 and cup525861_10.

Printed out onto white card and cut out all the elements. I placed the base image onto a white 8 x 8 scallop edge card using d.s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads.
To finish I added three red diamond shaped crystal gems to the four corners. The insert for this card will read With Love & Best Wishes.
