I printed card top on cardstock and adhered to red card base. I printed the teabag tiles on good quality paper. I outlined the snowglobe and snowflakes with a silver metallic pen. I layered the snowglobe with foam dots.
I made the medallion using a modified layered star pattern and added silver snowflake brad in center for extra bling.
