I used one of these layered and decoupaged tiles in the centre of a frame topper from cup265211_425 that I mounted onto an easel card.
I backed the easel card with cup243116_442 backing paper to match the tile and finished off with pearls round the edge of the largest frame topper and a badge sentiment from designer resorces on the stopper
